Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, for the digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

  • If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

  • Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event

  • Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

  • All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to a program will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the program will not receive a refund.
